About Janine Testa, LE
Janine Testa, Owner & NYS Licensed Esthetician, has always had a passion for Skin Care and Makeup Artistry. Her decision to attend Esthetics school was made when her Mother brought home a syllabus for the course from a local Buffalo Beauty school. She found her niche!
After graduating from Continental School of Beauty Culture in 2006, Janine felt a strong desire to learn more. She took on a role as an apprentice for two and a half years under a CIDESCO diplomat (CIDESCO is the world’s most prestigious accreditation for Aesthetics and Beauty Therapies) to continue her education and truly hone her trade.
In June 2008, Holistic Skin Care by Janine/ Aesthetics by Janine was founded and opened within another local business in Kenmore NY, providing waxing services and facials using Eminence Organic Skin Care. The businesses flourished and Janine developed an amazing, loyal clientele.
During the past 13 years, Janine has continued her grow her knowledge of skin care with extensive training from Eminence Organic Skin Care. Now, Janine’s training and knowledge continues with the addition of natural and botanical DMK Paramedical Skin Care to her services. Enzyme therapy and skin revision programs specifically designed for each individual client allow her to address the underlying causes of skin conditions such as acne, age management, pigmentation, rosacea and eczema.
Holistic Skin Care by Janine moved to a beautiful, more spacious location in Williamsville, NY in February 2016. Janine is a DMK Paramedical Esthetician specializing in advanced skin revision programs.
In 2016, Janine became the first Certified DMK Paramedical Skin Care Therapist in Buffalo, NY. This certification is given after completing advanced hands-on training and theory in revising skin conditions.
Janell Ludlow-Mims, LE joined the Holistic Skin Care Team in 2017. All of our NYS Licensed Estheticians have completed advanced training and are DMK Paramedical Certified.
Having attended numerous advanced trainings over the years, the team is constantly gaining knowledge and learning new treatments. Their dedication to providing the best result orientated skin care services to her clients remains steadfast.
